Instructed by Workman LLP, acting on behalf of Threadneedle Properties, to install an addressable fire alarm system to cover the landlord's areas and linking the individual retail units at a shopping centre in Kidderminster.

Instructed by the Bond Care Group to provide fire extinguishers and signage at their new nursing home at Erdington Birmingham.

*SWAN HOTEL BIBURY*

Firecall instructed to bring the fire alarm in this hotel up to L2 Standard using a mixture of wired and wireless solutions. Apollo XP 95 and Apollo Expander detectors used. This way the system could be upgraded without any loss of room usage. Sept/Oct 2009.

Replacement of old panel with new addressable panel. Increased cover to bring the whole hotel up to L2 standard. This work was done while the hotel was fully operational.APRIL/MAY 2009

*TEWKESBURY*

Installation of fire alarm into one of Tewkesbury's oldest buildings. Link through to panel in adjacent property. APRIL 2009

 

*HORSE AND GROOM, ODDINGTON*

Change of panel to enable the installation of a twin wire system, upgrade to L2 standard. JANUARY 2009

*KINGS HEAD, BLEDINGTON*

Major extension to existing fire alarm system to bring the pub up to L2 standard. MARCH 2009

 

*SOUTH CERNEY VILLAGE HALL, CIRENCESTER, GLOUCESTERSHIRE*

Firecall has been awarded the contract to install an L2 fire alarm system in the thatched Grade II listed village hall at South Cerney.

 

*LEAMINGTON SPA, WARWICKSHIRE*

Firecall has won the contract to extend the fire alarm in a Grade II Listed office building. In those areas where the cables can be concealed the existing wired system is to be extended. The existing panel will be replaced and a new addressable panel installed.

In those areas where the cables cannot be concealed a wireless/radio system will be installed. Both panels are  linked.

The emergency lighting is also to be tested and supplemented where necessary.

These works are being undertaken on behalf of Avon Estates.  NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2008

Firecall commissioned on behalf of Drew Hotels to install a new addressable system as part of the complete refurbishment programme - FEBRUARY 2008

* MANOR HOUSE HOTEL *

Firecall commissioned to install a new addressable wired and wireless system as part of a major refurbishment programme following the summer 2007 floods - JANUARY 2008
